Which session should I attend?

All of these sessions are suitable for all skill levels, so please select the one that most closely matches your age group!

What happens in a Team Placement session?

Each session will be a short taster class in that particular discipline.

A typical cheerleading class will include the skills in both the ‘cheer’ and ‘tumble’ session, so if you’re interested in cheerleading we suggest that you book in for both of these classes!

The come and try sessions for ages 3-5 and adults will include a little bit of each of the disciplines.

I'm already an athlete at CND, do I need to attend?

We want everyone to attend placements, so please book in for the session that most closely matches your current level. This way you can showcase all of your skills and we can start to look at stunt groups and team makeup for 2026!

When will we find out our 2026 teams?

We’re aiming for 2026 team offer emails to be sent out on Thursday, December 18th!

When will the 2026 Info Pack be released?

We hope to have the finalised info pack out within the next few weeks. We want to make sure all the info, dates and details are finalised before sharing, so that you can feel confident and prepared moving into 2026.
